IEPTracker is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) that helps schools and families manage IEP/504 compliance without drowning in spreadsheets, emails, and scattered notes. It centralizes student goals, accommodations, service minutes, session logs, progress monitoring artifacts, and legally critical deadlines. Staff can log services in under 30 seconds, attach work samples, and generate progress reports aligned to goals. Parents get a clear, non-technical view of what was delivered, what’s overdue, and what evidence exists—reducing conflict and “he said/she said” situations. An AI assistant drafts objective progress narratives from logged data (with citations to artifacts), flags missing service minutes, and suggests next data points to collect—without inventing facts. The app focuses on audit-ready documentation and simple workflows, not another bloated LMS. It’s designed for real school constraints: limited time, high caseloads, and constant turnover.
