IEPTracker
IEPTracker is a web + mobile app that helps K–12 special education teams manage IEP/504 timelines, services, and documentation without living in spreadsheets and email. It centralizes student plans, meeting dates, service minutes, accommodations, and progress notes, then automatically flags overdue items and upcoming compliance deadlines. Staff can log service delivery in seconds, attach evidence (work samples, PDFs), and generate clean reports for admins and parents. An AI assistant (optional) can draft progress-note language from structured inputs, summarize meeting notes into action items, and suggest missing required fields—while keeping humans in control. The goal is not “better learning content”; it’s reducing compliance chaos and preventing costly mistakes. This is realistic because schools already spend time and money on this problem, but many tools are clunky, expensive, or poorly adopted.
