IfThenBoard is a web + mobile app for building practical “if-this-then-that” plans for projects, life events, and recurring responsibilities. Instead of a single timeline that collapses when something slips, you create a base plan plus predefined branches (e.g., “If vendor is late by 7 days, then switch to option B, notify stakeholders, and auto-adjust milestones”). The app focuses on decision points, triggers, and pre-approved actions, not endless task lists. It includes lightweight templates for common scenarios (product launch, moving, job search, exam prep) and a simple risk register tied to each plan. An optional AI assistant helps draft branches and identify missing triggers, but the core value works without AI. It integrates with calendars for reminders and with Slack/email for “trigger fired” notifications. The goal is fewer surprises, faster recovery, and less planning anxiety.
