ImmersLog is a mobile + web analytics app for immersive theater producers to understand audience flow, bottlenecks, and engagement without expensive hardware. Audience members opt in by scanning a QR at entry; the app runs lightweight background location via Bluetooth beacons or venue Wi‑Fi fingerprints (privacy-forward, coarse accuracy). Stage managers get a live dashboard showing crowd density by room, average dwell time, and missed-scene risk alerts. After the show, producers see heatmaps, timeline replays, and drop-off points correlated with show moments. The app also includes a simple “moment rating” prompt that appears at predefined times or locations, giving qualitative context to the movement data. It’s not magic: accuracy varies by venue and setup, but it’s good enough to spot consistent operational issues, improve pacing, and reduce audience frustration—especially for shows running multiple nights with iterative tweaks.
