ImmunoTriage is a clinician-focused web + mobile app that helps primary care and general internal medicine teams triage suspected autoimmune disease using guideline-based pathways. Users enter symptoms, key exam findings, and existing labs; the app suggests a minimal, high-yield next-step lab bundle, red-flag criteria for urgent referral, and a short differential with rationale. It also generates a patient-friendly pre-visit questionnaire to reduce missing history (rashes, sicca, Raynaud’s, family history, meds) and a concise referral note template for rheumatology. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional rules/algorithms for safety-critical steps, plus an AI layer to summarize the chart and draft notes. It is not a diagnostic device; it’s decision support and documentation acceleration. Realistically, adoption depends on trust, workflow fit, and EHR integration, not flashy AI.
