ImpactBid is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) that helps small social enterprises and community nonprofits find, qualify for, and submit bids for local government and anchor-institution procurement opportunities. It aggregates RFPs and smaller “micro-purchase” requests from cities, schools, hospitals, and universities, then uses AI to translate dense requirements into a plain-language checklist, eligibility score, and a draft response outline. Users build a reusable capability profile (certifications, past performance, insurance, pricing models) and generate compliant attachments quickly. The app also tracks deadlines, required forms, and common disqualifiers (missing signatures, outdated certificates). A lightweight vendor-relationship CRM helps teams follow up with procurement officers and primes. This is not a magic “auto-win” tool; it’s a compliance and speed advantage for organizations that already do good work but lose on paperwork and process.
