ImpactClause helps impact investors and founders turn fuzzy impact intentions into enforceable, auditable deal terms. The app provides a library of impact-linked clauses (reporting covenants, KPI definitions, step-in rights, incentive ratchets, mission lock options, and remediation triggers) mapped to common frameworks (IRIS+, SDGs, B Corp-style governance) and local legal contexts. Users answer a short questionnaire about sector, geography, stage, and impact thesis; the system generates a term-sheet addendum and a monitoring plan, then tracks compliance dates and evidence requests post-close. It’s not a replacement for lawyers—documents are export-ready drafts that reduce back-and-forth and prevent “impact washing” by making expectations explicit. The MVP focuses on standard venture and revenue-based financing templates and integrates with data rooms for evidence collection.
