ImpactLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps impact investors and fund managers collect, validate, and package portfolio impact data into audit-ready reports. Instead of vague ESG dashboards, it focuses on evidence: documents, photos, invoices, sensor exports, third-party attestations, and time-stamped field updates tied to specific KPIs (e.g., households served, CO2 avoided, jobs created). An AI layer extracts structured metrics from messy uploads, flags inconsistencies, and prompts companies for missing proof. The app generates LP-ready quarterly impact memos and standardized exports aligned to common frameworks (IRIS+, SDGs, GIIN-style indicators), while keeping a clear chain-of-custody for every metric. It’s built for small teams who can’t afford consultants but still need credible reporting to raise the next fund and survive diligence. It won’t magically “prove impact,” but it will make evidence collection and reporting far less chaotic.
