ImpactLedger

ImpactLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for small social enterprises and nonprofits to track real-world outcomes with minimal overhead. It replaces messy Google Sheets and ad-hoc reporting by letting teams define a simple “theory of change,” collect field data via short forms, and generate donor-ready reports automatically. The AI layer helps draft narrative summaries, flags inconsistent data, and suggests missing metrics based on the program type (e.g., job training, food security, after-school tutoring). It also supports lightweight beneficiary privacy controls and consent tracking, because many teams handle sensitive data without proper systems. This is not a magic “prove impact” button—data quality still depends on disciplined collection—but it makes consistent measurement achievable for teams without a dedicated monitoring & evaluation specialist.
