ImpactLedger is a web app (with optional mobile capture) for small-to-mid nonprofits that need credible impact reporting but don’t have an M&E team. It lets staff define outcomes, attach simple indicators, and collect evidence in the field (photos, notes, attendance, consent). The system auto-generates funder-ready reports and dashboards mapped to common frameworks (logic models, SDGs) without forcing heavy customization. It also keeps an audit trail: who collected what, when, where, and how it was verified—so organizations can defend their numbers during renewals. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps summarize qualitative notes, draft narrative sections, and flag inconsistent data, but the core value is structured, defensible data capture and reporting. Pricing targets organizations that can’t justify enterprise tools but are tired of ad-hoc docs.
