ImpactLock is a web + mobile app for conservation nonprofits to run fundraising campaigns where every claim is tied to verifiable evidence. Instead of vague “we planted trees” updates, organizations upload structured proof packs: geo-tagged photos, ranger patrol logs, receipts, partner letters, and before/after satellite snapshots. Donors see a simple “evidence timeline” for each project and get automatic updates when new proof is added. The app includes lightweight compliance tools (document templates, required fields, audit trails) so small teams can keep up without hiring a grants manager. It also supports restricted gifts: donors can fund a specific patrol month, camera trap batch, or habitat parcel with clear deliverables. This is not magic—verification is only as good as the inputs—but it makes transparency the default and reduces donor skepticism that quietly kills repeat giving.
