ImpactMemo is a web app (AI + traditional) that helps impact investors and fund managers produce credible, audit-friendly impact due diligence memos without hiring a full-time impact team. Users import a deal room (pitch deck, data room docs, ESG policies, KPI spreadsheets) and the app guides them through a structured workflow: theory of change, stakeholder mapping, materiality, risk flags, and KPI selection aligned to common frameworks (IRIS+, SDGs, GIIN guidance). The AI drafts a first-pass memo and an “evidence map” that links every claim to a source document, highlighting missing proof and weak assumptions. It outputs LP-ready PDFs and a checklist for post-investment monitoring. The product is intentionally narrow: it focuses on memo creation and evidence traceability, not full portfolio management, to keep adoption friction low and value immediate.
