ImpactProof is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps small-to-mid nonprofits prove program outcomes with minimal overhead. Instead of long narrative reports, it turns everyday evidence—attendance logs, SMS check-ins, photos with consent, short beneficiary surveys, and partner confirmations—into audit-ready “impact packets” tied to each grant or donor commitment. The app focuses on pragmatic measurement: a few metrics that funders actually care about, clear definitions, and a chain-of-custody trail showing when data was collected and by whom. It includes templates for common program types (food distribution, tutoring, shelter services) and generates simple dashboards and exportable reports. This is not a magic ‘impact scoring’ tool; it’s a workflow product that reduces reporting chaos, improves credibility, and helps nonprofits retain funding by making verification easier and more consistent.
