ImpactRoster

ImpactRoster is a mobile + web app for sports-for-development programs to track participation and outcomes with minimal admin. Coaches log sessions in seconds (who showed up, what drills, any incidents), while participants complete ultra-short check-ins on wellbeing, belonging, and confidence in their own language. The app turns messy program data into funder-ready impact reports with clear metrics, cohort comparisons, and retention flags. It also supports accessibility and inclusion by capturing accommodation needs (transport, disability supports, safe-guarding notes) and prompting coaches with practical adjustments. This is a traditional app with light AI: AI helps summarize qualitative notes into themes and drafts reports, but the core value is reliable data capture and reporting. Offline-first mode is essential for low-connectivity areas, syncing when possible. The goal is to reduce “spreadsheet hell” and make outcomes measurable without hiring an M&E specialist.
