InboxBridge helps cross-border e-commerce brands reduce return costs by converting international returns into local, consolidated shipments. Instead of customers paying expensive international postage (and abandoning returns or disputing charges), the app issues a local return label to a nearby consolidation address, then batches items into periodic bulk exports back to the merchant or to a regional refurb/resell partner. It includes automated RMA creation, item-level intake scanning, photo evidence on receipt, and configurable rules (restock, refurbish, donate, destroy) by SKU and condition. The product is a web app for merchants/ops teams plus a lightweight mobile app for warehouse/consolidation partners to scan and document inbound parcels. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used to classify condition from photos and flag fraud patterns, but the core value is operational workflow and cheaper logistics.
