InboxProof

InboxProof is a web app (with optional CLI) that continuously monitors email deliverability for small-to-mid senders without requiring deep expertise. It runs scheduled seed tests across major inbox providers, tracks inbox vs spam vs missing placement, and correlates changes with DNS/auth updates, content shifts, and sending volume. The app also audits SPF/DKIM/DMARC, BIMI readiness, and common misconfigurations, then generates a prioritized fix list with clear “do this now” steps. An AI layer summarizes anomalies (e.g., sudden Gmail spam placement) and suggests likely causes, but the product is honest about uncertainty and always shows the underlying evidence. This is not an ESP replacement and won’t magically “guarantee inbox”—it’s a practical early-warning system plus configuration hygiene that reduces costly surprises before campaigns go out.
