InboxSlicer

InboxSlicer is a web + desktop companion that converts your email inbox into a realistic daily plan. It connects to Gmail/Outlook, clusters messages into “work packets” (e.g., approvals, scheduling, customer replies), estimates time per packet, and schedules them into focus blocks around your calendar. It enforces a hard daily capacity so you stop pretending you can clear everything. During a block, it shows only the emails in that packet, provides one-click canned replies/templates, and logs what actually got done to improve future estimates. It’s not trying to replace your email client; it sits on top as a planning and execution layer. The app is intentionally opinionated: it will recommend deferring, delegating, or archiving low-value threads, and it will surface recurring time-wasters (endless CC chains, status pings) with weekly reports.
