InboxTriage is a web + desktop email companion that converts messy inboxes into a prioritized, time-boxed action queue. It connects to Gmail and Microsoft 365, clusters related threads, and extracts the actual asks (reply needed, approve, schedule, pay, review) into a single “Today” list with due dates and estimated effort. Instead of trying to replace your email client, it sits alongside it: one-click jumps to the exact message, suggested reply templates, and a “snooze with reason” system that learns your follow-up habits. It also provides lightweight analytics (who you’re waiting on, which senders create the most work, and what’s slipping). This is an AI-assisted productivity app, but it’s intentionally conservative: it drafts, summarizes, and classifies, while you stay in control of sending and final decisions.
