It provides a daily “You’re waiting on” view, nudges for overdue replies, and one-click status updates back to the thread. It also generates short meeting-free summaries of long chains so you can re-enter context fast. Realistically, this won’t replace email; it makes email survivable for people drowning in it. The MVP should focus on accuracy, auditability (show the source sentence), and fast corrections so users trust it.
