InboxTriage is an AI assistant that turns email overload into a controlled queue. Connect Gmail or Outlook, and it continuously classifies messages into actionable buckets (needs reply, needs task, FYI, newsletter, spam-risk) and drafts replies in your voice. The core is “decision-first”: it shows a one-screen daily triage list with recommended actions, confidence scores, and the exact email evidence used. It can auto-create tasks in your system (e.g., Jira/Linear/Asana) and schedule follow-ups when you don’t respond. It also detects hidden commitments (“can you send by Friday?”) and proposes a plan. This is not another generic chatbot; it’s a workflow tool that reduces time spent scanning and context-switching. Privacy is handled with least-privilege scopes, per-thread redaction, and an audit log of every action the AI took.
