InboxTriage

InboxTriage is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for general practices drowning in eConsults, lab results, hospital letters, medication queries, and admin messages. It centralizes inbound items, applies rules + AI-assisted summarization to extract key facts (reason, urgency, red flags, required follow-up), and routes each item to the right queue: clinician review, nurse protocol, admin task, or patient self-serve response. It generates draft actions (call-back, repeat prescription checks, safety-net advice, appointment type) while keeping a full audit trail and forcing human sign-off for clinical decisions. The MVP focuses on “do less, miss less”: fewer missed abnormal results, faster turnaround times, and clearer ownership. Integrations start light (email/PDF upload, CSV) and grow into EHR connectors once product-market fit is proven.
