InboxTriage is an AI workflow automation web app (with optional desktop add-in) that converts incoming email threads into structured tasks, tickets, and calendar holds—without you babysitting rules. Connect Gmail/Outlook, pick destinations (Jira, Linear, Asana, Notion, Slack, Google Calendar), and define lightweight “intent policies” like: customer bug reports become Jira issues; partnership requests become a CRM task; invoices go to accounting with extracted fields. The AI summarizes long threads, detects owners and deadlines, drafts replies for approval, and logs decisions back into the source system. It also learns from corrections: when you re-route or edit a task, it updates the policy model. The goal is not to replace your tools, but to stop email from being the hidden work queue that ruins response times and accountability.
