IncentiAudit

IncentiAudit is a web app (with optional mobile capture) that helps businesses and municipalities document, validate, and defend tax-incentive eligibility. Many incentives fail in practice because companies can’t produce clean evidence during audits—job counts, wage levels, capex timing, location boundaries, or supplier spend. The app turns incentive agreements into a checklist of measurable obligations, then continuously collects proof: payroll exports, invoices, lease documents, geotagged photos, and attestations. It flags gaps early, generates an “audit-ready” binder, and produces standardized reports for internal finance and external reviewers. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI assists with document classification, extracting key fields, and mapping evidence to specific incentive clauses, but the workflow stays rules-based and reviewable. Realistically, adoption will be driven by fear of clawbacks and the need to reduce consultant spend.
