IncentiGuard

IncentiGuard is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that audits company incentive plans for unintended consequences and gaming. You connect HRIS/CRM data (e.g., hires, sales, tickets, churn) and define the incentive rules (commissions, bonuses, OKR payouts). The system flags suspicious patterns: end-of-quarter deal stuffing, low-quality leads, ticket reopens, churn spikes after payouts, manager favoritism, or KPI manipulation. It generates “incentive risk” scores per plan and recommends safer metric mixes (leading + lagging indicators), guardrails (quality thresholds, clawbacks), and monitoring dashboards. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional analytics for detection and an AI layer to explain anomalies, propose plan edits, and draft policy language. It’s built for operators who are tired of paying for outcomes that look good on paper but damage the business.
