IncentiLens

IncentiLens is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps small and mid-sized businesses identify tax credits, rebates, and local incentives they can realistically claim, then track the evidence needed to survive an audit. Users answer a short intake about location, payroll, capex, energy use, hiring, and R&D activities. The app generates an eligibility checklist, required documentation list, and a calendar of filing deadlines by jurisdiction. It also provides a “confidence score” that flags where claims are weak (missing invoices, unclear nexus, insufficient wage records) so teams can fix issues before filing. The product is built for collaboration between operators and accountants: assign tasks, upload proofs, and export a clean packet for the CPA or internal tax team. It’s not a magic money button; it’s a workflow tool to reduce missed incentives and reduce claim risk.
