IncidentMeld

IncidentMeld is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams companion) that automatically groups alerts, logs, and deploy events into a single incident thread with a time-ordered narrative. It ingests signals from PagerDuty/Opsgenie, Prometheus/Datadog, Kubernetes events, and CI/CD deploy metadata, then correlates them by service ownership, topology, and change history. The goal is not to “solve incidents with AI,” but to cut the first 20–40 minutes of confusion: deduping alert storms, identifying the most likely triggering change, and generating a clean incident timeline for handoffs and postmortems. It also enforces lightweight incident hygiene: required fields, role assignment, and decision logging. Realistically, teams will only pay if it integrates fast, reduces MTTR measurably, and doesn’t create yet another dashboard no one checks.
