InciTailor is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for luxury skincare brands and boutique labs that create bespoke formulations for clients. It centralizes client intake (allergies, preferences, climate, regimen goals), converts it into a structured formulation brief, and generates compliant-ready ingredient lists and label drafts with region-specific checks (EU/UK/US) and audit trails. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps draft briefs, suggests ingredient substitutions, flags obvious incompatibilities, and summarizes stability/usage constraints, while the human formulator remains in control. The product focuses on operational reality: versioning, approvals, batch notes, and documentation that survives client revisions and staff turnover. It also supports “concierge” workflows—multiple stakeholders (brand, lab, client) can comment, approve, and lock a formula version before production. This is not a magic ‘create a perfect formula’ button; it’s a workflow and compliance accelerator.
