InclusionKit

InclusionKit is a mobile + web app that helps grassroots sports clubs run sessions that work for disabled and neurodivergent participants without needing an in-house expert. Coaches create an event and answer a short checklist (venue access, noise, lighting, toilets, parking, sensory triggers, communication needs). The app generates a clear “Accessibility Card” for parents/players and a coach-facing session plan with practical adjustments (e.g., quieter warm-up zone, visual rules, buddy system, alternative drills). It also includes incident logging, simple consent/medical notes, and a volunteer task board for roles like meet-and-greet, quiet-space monitor, or transport buddy. It’s not magic: it won’t fix bad facilities. But it will reduce uncertainty, prevent avoidable dropouts, and help clubs communicate honestly about what they can and can’t support.
