InclusionOps is a web app with optional Slack/Teams integration that helps managers run inclusive team operations without turning it into a compliance circus. It provides lightweight, recurring “inclusion rituals” (meeting facilitation rotation, agenda fairness checks, decision log templates, feedback prompts) and tracks participation patterns over time. Employees can submit anonymous micro-signals (e.g., interruptions, credit-taking, exclusion from decisions) that roll up into trend dashboards, not individual accusations. The app focuses on team-level process metrics: who speaks, who gets assigned high-visibility work, who gets feedback, and who is invited to key meetings. It includes an AI assistant that rewrites meeting notes into neutral action items, flags biased phrasing in performance feedback drafts, and suggests concrete next steps. The goal is operational change: fewer “DEI trainings,” more consistent, auditable behaviors that improve belonging and retention.
