InflowRadar is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that tracks and verifies foreign direct investment and large cross-border capital projects using a “signal stack” of public filings, procurement notices, company registry changes, port/shipping indicators, satellite-derived construction activity, and local news. Users set watchlists by country, sector, investor, or industrial zone and receive scored alerts when multiple signals corroborate a likely investment event (e.g., factory build, acquisition, expansion). The product focuses on practical workflows: evidence trails, confidence scoring, and exportable briefings for internal stakeholders. It’s not a magic crystal ball—coverage will be uneven in low-transparency markets—but it can materially reduce time spent chasing rumors and improve early awareness. Pricing targets institutions that already pay for data but need faster, more defensible monitoring with audit-ready sources.
