InfluenceOps is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps professionals build influence inside their organization by managing “influence campaigns” the way teams manage projects. You map key decision moments (budget cycles, roadmap planning, promotion reviews), identify the 10–30 people who actually shape outcomes, and track lightweight relationship signals: 1:1s, favors done, visibility moments, and commitments. The app nudges you with realistic next actions (e.g., “ask for input on draft,” “share credit publicly,” “schedule pre-wire with X”) and keeps a private log of what worked. It also generates concise stakeholder briefs and meeting prep notes, but the user stays in control—no creepy scraping or auto-messaging. This is an AI-assisted app: AI helps summarize notes, suggest next steps, and draft influence plans, while core value comes from structured workflows and accountability.
