InfraTriage

InfraTriage is a web + mobile app for cities and utilities to prioritize disaster-resilience upgrades across roads, bridges, drainage, power, and communications. Teams upload asset inventories (CSV/GIS), past incident logs, and basic condition ratings; the app then produces a defensible, auditable “fix-first” list tied to service impact (people affected, critical facilities, detour time, flood depth, outage minutes). It’s not a magic prediction engine: it uses transparent scoring, scenario sliders (100-year flood, heatwave, wildfire smoke), and simple cost/benefit to support capital planning and grant applications. Field crews can verify assets, attach photos, and update conditions offline. The output is a board-ready report and map layers that can be exported to existing GIS and CMMS systems. The goal is faster, less political prioritization with clear rationale and repeatable methodology.
