InjuryLedger is a mobile + web app for coaches and athletes to log pain signals, exposure, and recovery habits in under 60 seconds per day. Instead of pretending it can “predict injuries” (it can’t reliably), it focuses on catching patterns that usually get ignored: sudden spikes in minutes, recurring soreness in the same tissue, poor sleep streaks, and missed rehab work. Athletes answer a tiny daily check-in (soreness map, RPE, sleep, stress, and “red flag” questions). Coaches get a clean dashboard that highlights who needs a conversation today, plus a weekly summary that ties training exposure to complaints. The app includes a lightweight return-to-play checklist and a shared notes thread so the coach, athlete, and physio stay aligned. It’s built to be boring, fast, and actually used—because compliance is the real problem.
