InnerLedger

InnerLedger is a mobile app (with a lightweight web dashboard) that helps users rebuild self-trust by tracking “self-promises” and the emotional cost of breaking them. Instead of generic habit streaks, you log a promise (e.g., “sleep by 11,” “no doomscrolling in bed”), set a realistic minimum, and record whether you kept it plus a 10-second reflection on why. The app visualizes a Self-Trust Score based on consistency, difficulty, and honesty (admitting misses counts more than hiding them). It includes a weekly “repair plan” that suggests one small promise to keep and one to drop, because overcommitting is usually the real problem. Optional AI helps rewrite vague promises into measurable ones and detects patterns (like stress-triggered self-sabotage) from your reflections. This is not therapy; it’s a practical accountability ledger for your relationship with yourself.
