InnerProof is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) that helps people rebuild self-trust by turning vague intentions into small, verifiable commitments. You create “micro-promises” (2–10 minutes, specific, time-bound), pick a trigger (after coffee, after work), and log completion with a frictionless check-in. The app tracks your reliability score over time, highlights patterns (when you overpromise, what contexts you fail in), and nudges you to downsize commitments before you break them. An AI coach helps rewrite unrealistic promises into doable versions and suggests next steps based on your history (not generic motivation quotes). Weekly reviews show what you said you’d do vs. what you did, plus a simple “repair protocol” when you miss: acknowledge, reduce scope, reschedule, and move on. It’s not therapy; it’s behaviorally grounded accountability to yourself.
