InspectSnap is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) that helps home inspectors produce clean, consistent reports in the field without spending nights formatting. On-site, the inspector speaks findings or taps quick templates; the app auto-structures narratives, inserts defect severity, and attaches annotated photos. It also generates a buyer-friendly summary page that highlights safety issues, big-ticket items, and recommended specialist follow-ups, reducing post-inspection confusion and angry calls. The web dashboard lets inspectors manage templates, pricing tiers, and branding, while realtors and clients get a secure link with a clear, readable report. Reality check: this space is crowded and incumbents are sticky, so the product must be materially faster and more reliable than “notes + photos + later typing,” not just prettier. The goal is 30–45 minutes saved per inspection and fewer report errors.
