InspectSync is a mobile + web app for field inspectors and enforcement teams who must document inspections, violations, and corrective actions under strict procedural rules. It focuses on one thing: creating a defensible, audit-ready record with minimal admin work. Inspectors can run offline checklists, capture photos/video with automatic time/location stamps, and generate standardized notices and follow-up tasks on-site. The system maintains a tamper-evident chain of custody for evidence (hashing + immutable logs) and produces a clean case packet for supervisors, legal, or public records requests. A lightweight AI layer helps draft narrative summaries from checklist results and evidence, flags missing required steps (e.g., signatures, required photos), and suggests relevant code sections from your configured rule library. This is not a “do everything” compliance suite; it’s a field-first enforcement documentation tool that reduces rework and case dismissals.
