InstallProof is a web + mobile app for exhibition teams to document installation progress with defensible, time-stamped evidence. Staff and contractors capture photos and short notes tied to a room, wall, object ID, and task (uncrate, condition check, mount, lighting, label placement). The app auto-generates a chronological “install log” and a punch-list that highlights missing steps (e.g., no final level photo, no label placement confirmation). It supports offline capture for basements and galleries with poor reception, then syncs when connected. Exportable PDFs and share links make it easy to brief curators, lenders, and insurers without digging through group chats and camera rolls. This is not a glamorous product; it’s operational hygiene that reduces rework, disputes, and last-minute panic.
