InstallRadar is a mobile + web app that helps customers manage and pressure-test broadband/fiber installation appointments with real evidence. Users log key milestones (survey, trenching, drop, ONT install), upload timestamped photos, and capture short speed/latency tests once service is live. The app generates a clean “installation dossier” that can be shared with the ISP, landlord, HOA, or city permitting office to reduce finger-pointing and accelerate resolution. It also provides a realistic ETA model based on local permit timelines and anonymized community install patterns (not magic predictions). The product is intentionally narrow: it doesn’t try to replace the ISP’s systems; it makes delays visible, documented, and harder to ignore. Monetization is straightforward: a consumer subscription for tracking + reports, and a small B2B tier for property managers to coordinate multiple units.
