InterconKit

InterconKit is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps distributed generation developers and EPCs assemble utility-ready interconnection packages without drowning in spreadsheets, email threads, and inconsistent forms. Users pick a utility/territory, project type (solar+storage, CHP, standby gen, microgrid), and system specs; the app generates a structured checklist, required exhibits, and a document set mapped to that utility’s latest requirements. It tracks missing fields, flags common rejection triggers (e.g., mismatched one-lines, inverter certificates, protection settings), and maintains a versioned audit trail for resubmittals. It also provides a lightweight portal for sharing a “submission bundle” with engineers, AHJs, and utility coordinators. This is not magic: it won’t guarantee approval, but it will reduce preventable rejections and cycle time by standardizing inputs and packaging evidence consistently.
