IntroLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for recruiters and headhunters to track every candidate introduction from first outreach to placement, with a focus on accountability and repeatable process. It plugs into email and calendar to auto-capture key events (intro sent, client reply, interview scheduled, offer, rejection) and builds a simple “intro ledger” per client and per candidate. The app highlights stalled intros, missing feedback, and clients who routinely ghost or delay decisions. It also generates clean, client-ready recap notes and follow-up sequences so recruiters stop losing time to manual status chasing. This is not a full ATS replacement; it’s a lightweight layer that sits on top of existing tools to make introductions measurable and reduce leakage in the funnel. Pricing targets small agencies and solo recruiters who can’t justify enterprise ATS complexity.
