IntroLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps freelancers and small agencies convert warm introductions into scheduled sales calls. Instead of blasting cold outreach, it focuses on the messy middle: tracking who offered an intro, which contact was introduced, what was promised, and what follow-ups are overdue. The app generates short, polite follow-up messages for each stage (ask, intro request, post-intro nudge, meeting confirm, thank-you) and logs outcomes so you can see which referrers and channels actually produce revenue. It includes a lightweight “intro link” you can send to a referrer that collects the prospect’s preferred email + meeting times without friction. This is not a CRM replacement; it’s a narrow workflow tool for introductions and referrals, where most independents lose deals due to forgetfulness and awkward follow-ups.
