InvasiMap

InvasiMap is a mobile + web app (AI + traditional) that helps land managers and conservation groups prioritize invasive species response with practical, defensible maps. Users log sightings with photos, location, habitat notes, and treatment status. The AI component suggests likely species and flags low-confidence reports for expert review, avoiding “black box” decisions. The core value is not identification—it’s triage: the app converts scattered observations into a ranked worklist based on spread risk (proximity to waterways/trails, protected areas, recent growth clusters) and operational constraints (access, seasonality, crew capacity). Teams can assign tasks, track treatment outcomes, and export reports for grants and compliance. Offline capture supports fieldwork, and a lightweight review queue lets trusted validators approve records before they affect maps. It’s built for organizations that already collect data but can’t turn it into fast, coordinated action.
