InvasivAlert

InvasivAlert is a mobile + web app for early detection and rapid response to invasive species. Field users snap a photo, the app suggests likely species and confidence, and then routes the report to the correct local authority, land manager, or project workspace with GPS, timestamp, and habitat notes. Teams can set watchlists by region, create survey routes, and track treatment status (flagged, verified, treated, monitoring) with simple dashboards. The realistic value is not “perfect AI ID” (it won’t be), but faster triage and cleaner workflows: fewer lost reports, less email chaos, and a shared map of what’s been seen and what’s been handled. Verification is built in: trusted reviewers can confirm or reject sightings, and the system learns from local ground-truth over time. Offline capture supports remote areas, syncing when connectivity returns.
