InvertiCare is a mobile app (iOS/Android) that helps owners of pet tarantulas, mantises, isopods, millipedes, and roaches run safer enclosures with fewer preventable deaths. You log species, enclosure size, substrate, heat source, and humidity method; the app generates a simple care plan and a weekly checklist. The AI layer flags risky setups (e.g., heat mat placement, over-misting, poor ventilation) and suggests safer alternatives based on species-specific tolerances and keeper best practices. It also includes a molt/feeding tracker, photo timeline, and “panic mode” triage steps for common emergencies like stuck molts, dehydration, or mold outbreaks. Reality check: this won’t replace real husbandry knowledge, but it can reduce beginner mistakes and make routines consistent, which is where most losses happen.
