InvoiceBot

InvoiceBot is a web + desktop RPA app that automates invoice intake, validation, and posting for small-to-mid businesses that are stuck with email PDFs, vendor portals, and legacy accounting tools. It watches inboxes and shared folders, extracts invoice fields, matches them to POs/receipts, flags exceptions, and then enters approved invoices into systems like QuickBooks Desktop, NetSuite, or SAP Business One via UI automation when no API exists. It includes an audit trail (screenshots + logs), role-based approvals, and a “human-in-the-loop” queue so finance teams can quickly resolve mismatches instead of babysitting bots. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional workflows and controls, with AI for document understanding and anomaly detection. It’s not magic—expect edge cases—but it can remove the bulk of repetitive copy/paste work that burns AP teams every week.
