InvoiceNudge is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that automates accounts-receivable follow-up for freelancers and small service businesses. Connect Stripe, QuickBooks, Xero, or your bank feed, then it detects overdue invoices and sends polite, escalating reminders via email and SMS, with payment links and partial-payment options. It also generates “proof packs” (signed contract, delivery evidence, email thread) to reduce disputes and speeds up collections with a lightweight dunning workflow. An AI layer drafts context-aware messages that match your tone, flags likely non-payers based on behavior (opened emails, broken promises, payment history), and suggests next actions (offer installment plan, pause work, request deposit next time). This is not a full accounting suite; it’s a focused collections assistant that plugs into what you already use and targets the most painful part of cash flow: getting clients to actually pay.
