InvoiceNudge is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that automates the most painful part of freelancing and early-stage services businesses: getting invoices paid on time. Connect Stripe, QuickBooks, or Xero, import outstanding invoices, and set a “tone” (polite, firm, final) plus a schedule. The app sends smart reminders via email and SMS, includes one-click payment links, and escalates messaging only when needed. It also tracks client payment behavior, flags chronic late payers, and suggests upfront deposit terms based on risk. This is not magic—some clients still won’t pay—but it reduces the time founders waste chasing money and helps standardize a professional collections process without hiring an agency. Simple dashboards show cash-in forecast, overdue totals, and which nudges are working.
