You connect your invoicing source (Stripe Invoicing, QuickBooks, Xero, or a CSV export), set your tone and schedule, and it sends reminders that look like you wrote them—threaded in the original email chain, with payment links and clear next steps. It tracks opens, replies, and promised payment dates, and pauses automatically when a client responds. The AI component drafts context-aware nudges, summarizes client replies, and suggests the next action (wait, resend, offer partial payment, or call). It’s not a full accounting platform; it’s a focused collections assistant that reduces days-sales-outstanding and the mental load of chasing money. Setup is designed to take under 15 minutes, with templates that match different industries and relationship levels.
