IoT Link Doctor
IoT Link Doctor is a mobile + web app that diagnoses real-world IoT connectivity failures across Wi‑Fi, BLE, Zigbee, and cellular by combining lightweight on-site tests with device-side telemetry. A technician runs guided checks (RSSI, channel congestion, DHCP/DNS latency, captive portal, 2.4GHz interference, AP roaming, BLE scan collisions) while the device reports reconnect loops, keepalive failures, and power-save behavior. The app produces a plain-English root-cause report and a prioritized fix list (router settings, channel plan, antenna placement, firmware parameters, MQTT keepalive tuning). It also generates a “proof” packet for support teams: logs, timestamps, and reproducible steps, reducing back-and-forth with ISPs and hardware vendors. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional measurement and log collection, plus AI to classify failure patterns and recommend the most likely fixes based on similar incidents.
